Ingredients:
- 1 /2 cup TAME PRIME Konjac rice
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk.
- 3 tablespoons sugar*
- 1 cup of mango*, peeled, pitted, and cut into thin slices
Instructions:
- Mix 1/2 cup TAME PRIME Konjac rice, 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk and 3 tablespoons sugar* together.
- Cook in microwave on HIGH for 3.30 minutes
- Let sit for 1 minute, then serve with mango or avocado
